We do not offer direct exchanges. However, if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery.

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, orders are locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or changed.
