• Order Cut-off: 2:00 PM (CST, Chicago).

• Shipping Area & Delivery Estimates:

  • United States: 5 – 10 business days ($5.99 flat rate).

  • Canada & UK: 7 – 15 business days ($12.50 flat rate).

  • International: 7 – 15 business days ($12.50 flat rate).

• Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours of shipment.

• Address Changes & Cancellations: Please contact us at contact@cozypieces.com within 4 hours of purchase for any modifications.

• Taxes & Duties: For international orders, any local customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Refund Policy

At Cozy Pieces, we want you to feel completely comfortable with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

• 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

• Condition: We accept returns for items in New or slightly used condition. This applies to both defective and non-defective products (e.g., wrong size or change of mind).

• Exchanges: We gladly accept exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles within the 30-day window.

• Return Method: Returns must be sent by mail to our San Francisco office.

• Return Costs: * Restocking Fee: $0.00 (No fee).

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the actual shipping costs.

• Refund Timing: Once we receive and inspect your item (5–7 business days), your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 days for the funds to reflect in your account.
